Meet The Founder
Hi, I’m Rhode, the founder of Royal Sheen Hair.
Before I was a business owner, I was simply a woman trying to care for her hair while navigating the realities of life.
As a student, daughter, sister, entrepreneur, and human being, I’ve experienced seasons of stress, illness, uncertainty, and exhaustion. During those difficult periods, I noticed something that deeply affected my confidence: my hair began to change. I experienced excessive shedding, increased breakage, thinning areas, dryness, and hair that no longer felt as healthy or resilient as it once had.
Like many women, I spent countless hours searching for solutions. I tried different products, watched countless videos, and researched ingredients that women around the world had trusted for generations. What I discovered was that healthy hair isn’t built overnight—it requires consistency, quality ingredients, and intentional care.
That journey eventually led me to Ayurveda, a tradition that has used powerful herbs and botanical ingredients for centuries to support healthy hair and scalp care. Fascinated by the research and the stories behind these ingredients, I began studying them extensively and experimenting with formulations of my own.
More than a year later, Royal Growth Oil was born.
What started as a personal solution became a passion project and eventually a business dedicated to helping women care for their crowns with confidence. I carefully formulated Royal Growth Oil with 18 Ayurvedic herbs and 10 nourishing oils, selecting ingredients known for their ability to support scalp health, strengthen the hair, improve moisture retention, and reduce breakage.
But Royal Sheen Hair is about more than hair.
It’s about confidence.
It’s about showing up as your best self.
It’s about continuing to care for yourself, even during life’s most challenging seasons.
I know what it feels like to look in the mirror and feel discouraged by hair loss, excessive shedding, or hair that refuses to retain length. I also know what it feels like to regain that confidence one step at a time through patience, consistency, and proper care.
My mission is simple: to create high-quality products that help women nourish their hair, embrace their natural beauty, and feel confident in the crown they wear every day.
